Very nicely done, but it might have turned out better with natural or other lighting instead of using the flash, because your face is very washed out here. Other than that, nicely done, it looks good.

i cant change the lighting, but i wanted the flash because i wanted my skin to look perfectly smooth and white so it kinda worked..

Hm.. I wish you had photoshop, because you can do all of that in photoshop, making a picture look however you want, even colors and so on. It's still a great picture though.
